The mind too like the body suffers from indigestion when overstuffed. Like the body the mind too needs to be put at rest. Chanting of Ramanama puts the mind to rest.

Nor should you plunge too much into thinking. Of course one has to think up to a point. After that one should depend only on faith.

 

The mind too like the body suffers from indigestion when overstuffed.

 

Like the body the mind too needs to be put at rest. That is why there has been enjoined constant repetition of Ramanama and other mantras. They instantly put the mind to rest.
