Choose a time when you are not likely to be disturbed. Sitting comfortably in a quiet place repeat the Name for half an hour. Let this be followed by meditation for quarter of an hour. Let nothing come in the way of this daily practice. Never plead excuses. Regular and systematic practice will take you a long way.
Even at other times, whenever you are free repeat the Name. But never let go the three-fourths of an hour in vain. At the end of these forty-five minutes you should be in that blissful state when you forget your body-consciousness.
