Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is an avatar of Krishna Himself

Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu has been described as a mahan. The Gaudiya vaishnavas believe that He is an avatar of Krishna Himself. Do you also believe in the same?

Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji:

We believe so too.

The Name of the Lord - this alone is my wealth. I do not tie it up to hide it, nor do I sell it to make my living.

The Name of the Lord - this alone is my wealth

I do not tie it up to hide it, nor do I sell it to make my living.

The Name is my crop, and the Name is my field.

As Your humble servant, I perform devotional worship to You; I seek Your Sanctuary.

Name will show you the true way. No external aid will be needed.

Water of Ganges needs no purification by Mantras. The holiness of Ganga is due to the contact with the feet of Vishnu.

The fact that Name is holier than the Ganges cannot be questioned. Name will show you the true way. No external aid will be needed.

If you rely on God and trust Him implicitly and have His sweet Name on your lips, you may be sure, your life will flow like a rippling river singing the song of eternal love and joy.

Swami Papa Ramdas

Gravity, long face, toughness and a consciousness of self-importance do not go with a life dedicated to the Divine.

If you rely on God and trust Him implicitly and have His sweet Name on your lips, you may be sure, your life will flow like a rippling river singing the song of eternal love and joy.The above enumerated excrescences that have gathered round your life and have made its outlook vitiated, narrow and cramped will automatically disappear.

Your life will become pure, noble, enlightened and glorious in every way. God will take His seat in your heart and hold the reins of it. He will be your Inspirer, Guide and Protector. He will take you on the royal road of absolute peace and happiness. You are safe in His keeping. His grace will sustain you and you will realise that you are His immortal child – an embodiment of His radiance, power and bliss. Let your aim be to attain this beatific state.

One thing can be said for certain. God is perfect. An imperfection cannot come from the perfect.

Source: http://www.namadwaar.org/answers/questions.html

As per Hinduism, we take birth in this world due to our Karma (Deeds or misdeeds in our previous generation) So many deaths occur due to natural calamities where thousands of human lives are taken away. Man made calamities on account of bomb blasts also take away precious human lives. What is the sin or the Karma these human beings have committed whose lives have been plucked by the Almighty in few seconds of such calamities?

Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji:

It is true that we take birth according to the karmas of the past births. Regarding the lives lost, it is not possible to find out the karma of each and every person and account for the same. But one thing can be said for certain. God is perfect. An imperfection cannot come from the perfect.

-----------------------------------

Swamiji, you have said, "God is perfect. An imperfection cannot come from the perfect." All of us are the creations of the Almighty. Then how come many of us are imperfect in this Kaliyuga as evidenced by the present order of the world in terms of war and violence where most humans are involved in committing grave sins?

Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji:

Anything that comes from the perfect cannot be imperfect. That which has come from perfection is also going towards perfection. When we see it en route to perfection, it seems to appear imperfect. That's all.

----------------------

I want to know about my death. What is death? I want to experience my death. I want to be aware of my death.

Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji:

As long as the life-force ('Prana') is inside your body, you are said to be alive. The moment that the Prana leaves your body to take another body is called death.

The death of the body is not the real death. Even in medical science, it has been proved that real death is not the death of the body, but the death of the mind.

From a spirituality perspective, real death is when you realize God, or realize the Self within you. That is because, it is only after then that you are not born anymore. Hence that is the real death.

It is a universal experience that every calamity brings the sensible man down on his knees

A person's bad temper is reflected in his words – he throws tantrums. Likewise, God's anger is reflected as the natural calamities

Those people who take pleasure in continuously hearing, chanting and remembering Your activities, certainly very soon will see Your lotus feet, who put the recurrence of rebirths to an end.

Srimad Bhagavatham (1.8.36)

शृण्वन्ति गायन्ति गृणन्त्यभीक्ष्णश: स्मरन्ति नन्दन्ति तवेहितं जना: ।

Saintly persons (sadhus) hear, sing, and recite a literature, even though it is imperfectly composed (abaddhavat) provided each line (pratislokam) of such a writing describes the glory of the names of God.

Srimad Bhagavatham (1.5.11)

Chanting the Name includes everything. This is the highest Dharma. Drop everything and take refuge in the Name.

Devotee: Bhakti is said to be of nine kinds and Nama Smaran is one of them. Am I to take it that Nama Japa is an all-inclusive Sadhana?

Swami Papa Ramdas Chanting the Name includes everything. Many saints took God's Name, concentrated on the Name, and reached the highest spiritual eminence. This is the highest Dharma. Drop everything and take refuge in the Name.

So many people who engaged themselves in various practices have not achieved anything. Their mind is as impure as anything. What way are they spiritually benefited?

The ear is graced by listening to Chanting of Divine Names, not by ear ring; the hand by charity, not by bracelet; the body by selfless service to others, not by sandal paste
