சிவனும் பார்வதியும் சொல்லும் நாமமாம்! கவலையை போக்கி சாந்தி நல்குமாம்!	Sivanum Părvathiyum chollum nămamăm! kavalaiyai pokki sănti nalgumăm!	It is the Name that Lord Siva and His Consort Părvati chant! that removes sorrow and bestows peace!
ராம நாமம் சொல்லி அனுமன் கடலைத் தாண்டினான்! - மலையை தூக்கினான்! மலை போன்ற கவலையும் பனி போல் விலகுமாம்!	Răma Nămam cholli Anuman kadalaith thăndinăn! -- malaiyai thookkinăn! malai ponra dukkhamum panipol vilagumăm!	Chanting the Name of Răma, Hanuman crossed the ocean! -- and, lifted the mountain! mountain sized sorrows melt away like the fog!
ராம நாமம் சொல்லி சபரி முக்தி எய்தினாள்! நாமமும் நாமியும் வேறு வேறு இல்லவே இல்லையாம்!	Răma Nămam cholli Sabari mukti yeidinăl! Nămamum Nămiyum veruveru illave illaiyăm!	Chanting the Name of Răma, Sabari attained Liberation! the Name and the Named are not different!
ராம நாமம் சொல்வதற்கு எந்த தடையும் இல்லையாம்! சொல்ல சொல்லச் தடைகள் எல்லாம் தானே விலகுமாம்!	Răma Nămam cholvadarkku yenda thadaiyum illaiyăm! cholla cholla tadaigall ellăm thăne vilagumăm!	there is no barrier for chanting the Name of Răma! all barriers are removed as one repeatedly chants the Name of Răma!
