छीर रूप सतनाम है, नीर रूप व्यवहार ।

हंस रूप कोई साधु है, सत का छाननहार ।।

 

The Name of God is like milk and other worldly affairs are like water. There is a rare sage (Paramahamsa) who being like a swan knows the reality. 

It means that discriminative people are rare who can distinguish God and the world.
