Do not get attracted on seeing the parts of physical body's anatomy under the influence of delusion, as these are made up of skin, flesh and similar substances. Deliberate on this again and again in your mind.

O deluded minded friend, Chant the Divine Name Govinda, Chant the Divine Name Govinda, Chant the Divine Name Govinda.

Please check these: Excerpts from a discourse by our Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji

I feel ashamed to stand before God and seek for his blessings the next time. What should I do?

Don't worry. Just like hunger and thirst, lust is also inborn. No doubt, we have to overcome it. Constant prayers and chanting will help this happen.

Mind can be controlled by dealing with the situation from a practical standpoint with 'viveka' or discrimination.

The very thoughts that power, status, money, lust, luxury are the only important things in life, will make your life sick. Always keep His Name on your lips. Nama is nectar. This is the secret that will help you realize happiness in whatever you do.

Obstacles can be removed by by congregational hearing and chanting of Divine names and by following the footsteps of the great Masters

To protect one from five senses one need to keep a vigilant watchman or a ferocious dog and that is nothing but the divine names of the Lord.

The Mahamaya (greatest illusion), the mind, can be brought under control slowly and steadily by Namakirtan alone.

Drench your senses in the enchanting form of Krishna, His stories, His glory and His Divine Name. The mind is effortlessly controlled!

What is difficult for human beings? The constant control of the mind.

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
