The main things for attaining mental balance are
- To think always that one has to die
- To be satisfied with whatever gain that comes of itself
- To have an unshakable faith that everything that is to happen in this world is fore-ordained
- To avoid company
- To sing the Lord's praises loudly alone and at a lonely spot when the mind is very much disturbed
- To be convinced in body, mind and soul that there is one, who is above all, sees all and directs all, and to put trust in Him.
Contemplate Krishna's name every moment; your mind will become steady.
