EPISTLES OF SWAMI RAMDAS
In the society of saints you experience the joy of your communion with the indwelling Reality which is Sat. So satsang means communion with the Truth. Even after you go away from the society of sadhus you can have satsang provided you tune your mind with the Truth within you through continuous remembrance.
As a means to this end Ramdas of course prescribes the repetition of the Divine Name. The Divine Name is the link that unites you with the Eternal or unites the individual with the universal Reality.
Lay your future as you should do the past and present entirely in the hands of God. Have no thought or care about it. Waiting for something however great – as you conceive of it – is hugging worry and misery. Complete resignation to the will of God in every situation of life means enjoyment of peace, joy and contentment from moment to moment.
Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :
