Meaning - Srimad Bhagavatham (1.2.15)

 

Who will not have liking for the stories of the Lord, having whose constant meditation (Chanting the Divine Name) as a knife the wise men cut as under the knot of ego-sense which binds one to action?

 

Transliteration

yadanudhyAsinA yuktA: karmagranthinibandhanam |

chindanti kOvidAstasya kO na kuryAtkathAratim ||

 

Sloka

यदनुध्यासिना युक्ता: कर्मग्रन्थिनिबन्धनम् ।

छिन्दन्ति कोविदास्तस्य को न कुर्यात्कथारतिम् ॥
