Sant Surdas

 

निरधनको धनि राम हमारो ॥

खान न खर्चत चोर न लूटत । साथे आवत काम ॥

दिन दिन होत सवाई दीढी । खरचत को नहीं दाम ॥

सूरदास प्रभु मुखमों आवत । और रसको नही काम हमारो ॥

 

Divine Name Rama is the real wealth in this world for all because it is the treasure which will not be reduces by spending and which no one can loot. This wealth will always be with us at all times and will increase multifold day by day and one need not spend to earn this wealth. Surdas always relishes by Chanting this Divine name and does not wish for anything else.

Those who Chant the Divine Names of Hari, Udupi Krishna blesses them with adequate food.

 

Rama is the help of the helpless. Surdas says that when a man has exhausted all his resources and invokes the Name of God, His grace descends upon him.

 

With the external support, says Kabir, is the Supportless known and a talk on Him is given with the aid of "Rama" the Name.

 

If you must rob and plunder, then plunder the Lord's Name, Ram
