Srimad Bhagavatham 11:11:32

 

आज्ञायैवं गुणान् दोषान् मयादिष्टान् अपि स्वकान्

धर्मान् सन्त्यज्य यः सर्वान् मां भजेत स तु सत्तमः

 

He too is the best of all virtuous men, who having completely neglected all duties, though prescribed by Me, while knowing full the virtues (resulting from performance of duty) and sins (incurred by neglecting them) worships Me alone by Chanting the Divine Names.
