பண்கொண்ட குழலூதும் பரமனடி காட்டி

பக்தியில் முக்தியில் பாட்டினில் ஆசையூட்டி

கண் என்ற குரல் காட்டி காலில் சதங்கை மாட்டி என்

எண்ணமெல்லாம் ப்ருந்தாவனத்திடை யோட்டும் (கண்)

சிந்தை கடலாடி விந்தை மிகவான பேரின்ப முத்து ஒன்று பெற்றேனே உடனே

பாடும் பணி செய்ய கற்றேனே

நந்தகோபன் மனை வந்து பிறந்தவனை நாதா என்று சொல்ல பெற்றேனே உடனே

ஆதியந்தம் எல்லாம் அற்றேனே

மத்யமகால ஸாஹித்யம்

இத்தனைக்கும் யாரென மிகையாகா

எங்கள் குருநாதனருள் அல்லவோ இதை

எத்தனையும் சொன்னாலும் அத்தனை அமுதூறும்

Oh Master! You are the Lord who is visible to our eyes and Your Lotus feet is the only refuge and the rewards we got are there to been seen by all. This is the truth, this is the truth.

You are the one who showed the way by pointing to the Lotus feet of the one who plays the flute and you have created and nourished our desires in Bhakthi and salvation.

You have shown us the way of remembering the Lord of Brindavan by Singing His Divine Names and Dancing in joy.

I have been gifted with a pearl of bliss and was immediately blessed with the gift of Divine work of Singing your Divines Names forever.

I have been blessed to call the one who is born in the house of Nandagopa as the Sole protector and was immediately blessed with pure bliss which has no beginning and end.

Whatever I tell is not exaggeration and whatever more I tell it would spring the Divine nectar of bliss in me.

அன்பு கலந்திட அழகு துலங்கிடும் ஆயிரம் தூணால் ஆனது கூடம்

ஆடியும் பாடியும் ஹரி குண மணந்த அடியவருக்கென திறந்த கவாடம்

இந்திரிய மென்னும் அஞ்சு படி ஏறி சிந்தை எனும் சிம்மாஸனம் போடும்

என்னையன் வந்து அமருவான் பாரும் இணையேது கூறும் குருபத மலரடிகளின் (த்யான)

Meditating on the Lotus feet of the Master is the best purification who bestowed the greatest wisdom out of sheer compassion.

Mediate on the Lotus feet of the Master who has blessed that Chanting the Divine Names of Hari "Kanna Kanna" would alone bestow salvation and is the only wealth.

To release us from the prison fort which has nine gates, the Master has laid down a supreme path, which has removed the grievous affliction. The Master has made this Chanting of Supreme Names reach the three worlds.

Mediate on the Lotus feet of Master who has blessed us with the bliss of love and our clear intelligence as throne we reach the fort, by climbing on our five senses, which has thousand pillars which is open for devotees where we can Chant the Divine Names.

The Magic of the Guru's Love

You may be the worst sinner, highly undisciplined; you may have committed all kinds of atrocities; yet, if a mahatma declares, "Oh, he is my child", that will suffice for you

Guru's boundless grace is immeasurable, limitless and infinite.

If we surrender ourselves absolutely without any reservation to the Guru, He will save us from all sorrow and show us the way to salvation

When a disciple leads his life with the clear understanding that it is the Guru who is running his life - adverse or otherwise, completely emptying the mind of personal likes and dislikes, seeing everything as Guru's leela, attains realization

The best offering that a disciple can give to the Guru is realizing that nothing else can equal his grace.

When can one earn Guru krupa? When God decides to bless a person, he receives Guru's grace. One has to be blessed with Bhakti; and that is blessed only by God/Guru.

To collect people living around one's home and help them chant the Lord's Name is verily service to the Guru. Or to follow the special instruction given to him/her by the Guru is verily 'service' to the Guru.

கொடுத்து வைத்தவன் என்று எதற்கெதற்கோ சொல்லிக்

கொண்டான் அடித்தவர்காள்! - இதுகேளும்!

நெடுத்த இத்தரை மேலே - ஹரிகதையைத் தவிர

நீரும் மாக்களும் ஒன்றுதான் பாரும்!

 

மத்யமகாலம்

நின்று - அளவானால் - சாண் எட்டு தானே

நேராக எமன் வந்தால் - அதுவரை தானே

அன்று அவன் கயிறுக்கு - ஒரு சுற்றுத் தானே

அத்தனையும் நேருமுன்னம் - அறிந்தவர் தானே மிகக் (கொடுத்து)

கண்ணனகலாத சிந்தை செய்யவேணும்!

காலொன்று இற்றதென்று - மற்றவற்றில் காணும்!

திரிந்து திரிந்து அலைந்தானது வீணே

கட்வாங்கன் கண்டது - அதிசயம்தானே

மனமான முறணெண்ண - கால் ஒன்று தானே

Those are the blessed ones who hear the unblemished story of Lord Hari even for a few moments, who Chant His Divine Names and who worships the Holy feet of the Master (Guru).

 

Many claim to be blessed for various reasons. Just hear this truth, except those who hear the stories of Lord Hari there is no difference between humans and those species who do not have the sixth sense.

 

If you stand and measure yourself you are just eight measurements by your hand, that too only till the God of death comes, then He will just encircle of your body with his rope of death. Those who understand this truly are the real blessed ones.

 

Constant remembrance of Lord Kannan (Krishna) is what we should do. Indeed, if one keeps on remembering the Lord by Chanting his Names all virtues accrue and do we need anything else to get His Grace ?

 

It is just a waste of time to get angry and keep thinking about money and other trivial things. The fruit of Grace of Guru, who is full of clarity and is ever in union with the Lord, is this. In Srimad Bhagavatam we find that it took only one 'muhurtam' (nearly one hour) for Katvangar attained Liberation. There is nothing false in this and this is the Only truth. Those who really understand this and Chants the Divine Name of the Lord are the ones who survives and Those are the ones who are really blessed.

In the eyes of him who constantly Chants your names and adores you as en embodiment of supreme bliss (seeking no other object), Your Lotus feet, O Lord are the only true blessing

 

"To remain how God wills" – being in this state is Bhagavatha Dharmam.

 

Spiritual success is dependent on oneself and not on the environment.

 

To remain in the Holy Feet of the Guru as a 'nobody' (zero); to remain like a doll in his hand. This is the only effort that can be taken by us

 

When one is afflicted with sorrow, if he persists in prayers and not question the Lord as to why He is putting him into grief, when the difficult times pass, the Lord is pleased and rewards him with a special gift of His grace.

 

You should not only accept from the bottom of your heart the situation that the Lord keeps you in but also be grateful to Him for that because it is verily the Lord's blessing!

 

When there is true love, even adversities appear to be blessings

 

It is not ours to question why, but to submit to the Divine will, and pass through all experiences that fall to our lot, with a free and cheerful heart.

 

We can resign ourselves to the Will of God and keep away our egosense, only by a continuous remembrance of God

 

It is a mistake to think that by mere change of situation or activity we can attain to peace

 

If one does not chant the divine Name of the Lord, the Lord will not interfere with his life. If he does chant the Name of God continuously, the Lord makes his life favorable to him.

 

Likewise, God takes hold of his devotee and removes all the hurdles in his/her way.

 

Everything in our life is predetermined. All we have to do is to turn and fix our mind on Him!

காயத்தினை நொந்து கர்மம் கசிந்தபின்

கதியினை தேடத்தகாதே

அதைக் கருத்தினில் கொள்ளப் புகாதே

வெறும் காலத்தினைச் சொல்லி நேரத்தில்

பாதியை கனவென்றுவிட்டு விடாதே  (கோவிந்த)

கண்ணால் அவன் உருநாடு - இரு

கண்ணால் அவன் உருநாடு - நல்ல

பண்ணால் அவன் புகழ்நாடு - இரு

கையாலே தாளங்கள் போடு - இரு

காலால் ஆடஒன்றி ஆடு - அந்த

காலன் வந்தால் என்ன நேரில் அவன்

என்றென்றும் புரியாது போபோ

பாடக் கிடைத்த நா ஒன்று தாளம்

போடக் கிடைத்த கை இரண்டு

இன்னும் கூடும் கிரணங்கள் மூன்று

வேதம் கோடி எனப்படும் நான்கு வேதம் நான்கு

இந்த குற்றமற்ற சுகம் மற்றவர்க்குச்

சொன்னால் கொள்ளை தான் போகாதே

ஐந்து புலன் ஐந்து (கோவிந்த)

கையில் கிடைத்திட்ட கன்னல்கனிச்

சாற்றை மெய்யே சுடைக்கப்படாதே

அதை கருத்தினில் கொள்ளப் புகாதே

வெறும் காலங்கள் கோளங்கள் அவை

இவை என்று சொல்லி

காலனின் வசப்படாதே - கொடும்

பச்சை நிறம் பட்டமேனி தரங்கண்டு

பாடி கிடைந்திட்ட போதே

நம்மை பழவினை ஒன்றும் செய்யாதே

இங்கு பண்ணின புண்ணியம் திண்ணம்

பலித்திட பாடிட வரும் தப்பாதே  (கோவிந்த)

 

காணக்கிடைக்காத தங்கம் - கண்ணன்

காணக் கிடைக்காத தங்கம் - இங்கு

கண்டு களிப்பது சத்தங்கம்

இங்கு வேண்டிய அருள் பொங்கும்

நிகரில்லை என்றெங்கும் தங்கும்

கோணக் கோணச் சொல்லி கோவிந்தா

என்றாலும் கூட அருள் தானே பொங்கும்  (கோவிந்த)

 

பாடும் சுகம் ஒன்று போலே - இந்த

பாரில் இல்லை ஆதலாலே

நாடறியச் சொல்லு மேலே

நாமணக்க பாடும் போலே

கூட கலந்திட்ட ஹாசம் பறந்திடும்

கோலாகலத்துக் கப்பாலே (கோவிந்த)

 

Don't search a way for liberation after decaying the blessed Human body by laboring hard doing your daily chores, Chant the Divine Names of the Lord.

See the Lord with the two eyes, Sing His Divine Names, clap your two hands  while Chanting, dance with your two legs while Chanting. If the God of death comes, give the cymbals in His hands and ask him to join the Chanting.

Do not worry about the philosophy which you will never understand. Just always keep singing the Divine Names of the blue color Lord Kannan. Keep His remembrance always and realise that even if you give crores and crores will you be ever blessed to Sing His Divine Names ?

We are blessed with a tougue to Chant His Divine Names, blessed with two hands with which we can clap while singing. If we follow this simple path of Chanting His Divine Names as shown by four Vedas all our five senses will disappear and merge with Lord.

Satsang is so rare and Lord Krishna is a precious gem in that Satsang. Real bliss can be experienced only in a Satsang of Mahathma.

साङ्केत्यं पारिहास्यं वा स्तोभं हेलनम् एव वा ।

वैकुण्ठ-नाम-ग्रहणम् अशेषाघ-हरं विदुः ॥

Even if you are calling someone else, or you are just uttering the name for teasing someone, or you are uttering it without any meaning, or even out of derision - if you utter the Divine Name of the Lord, the grace will flow and it will eliminate all your sins without leaving any residue.

Joy of singing the Divine Names alone is enough and there is nothing which is equal to that and hence propagate the Chanting of Divine Names and you will easily attain the blissful Goloka where Lord Krishna and His dear devotees are there.

மனிதப்பிறவியும் முக்தியில் ஆசையும், மகான்களின் ஸஙகமும் உந்தீபற! அரிதினும் அரிதாமென்று உந்தீபற!

 

Just chant the Mahamantra. That will indeed lead you to the true philosophy.

 

Likewise, it is enough, if we know that someone called God exists and the only way to reach him is Chanting His Name.

 

To have the opportunity to serve a Mahatma in some way is indeed the rarest of the rarest.

 

Which is rare for people to get ? Adisankara says, "Devotion to Hari."

 

Three things which are rare indeed and are obtained only due to the grace of God

 

"It is all right even if you do not hold your senses under control. Keep doing Nãma Sankirtan. The 'indriyãs' (senses) will automatically come under control!"

 

Such loving devotion (Prema bhakthi / Para Bhakthi) is enjoyed by the grace of guru. Devotion is the best means to invoke Shri Krishna's mercy.

யார் என்ன சொன்னாலும் அஞ்சாதே நெஞ்சமே

ஐயன் கருணையைப் பாடு

இராக ஆலாபனமுடனும் பாடு

முடிந்தால் அடவோடும் ஜதியோடும் ஆடு

 

அருமை என வந்த பிறவிகளோ பல

ஆயிரம் தந்தாலும் வருமோ ஆதலில் (யார்)

 

நாரதர் நாதமும் வேதமும் நாண

கானக் குழல் ஒன்று ஊதுவான்

நீரதக் கழல் ஆட கோபியரும் பாட

வெகு நேர் நேர் எனச் சொல்லித் தான் ஆடுவான்

அந்த ஐயன் கருணையைப் பாடு ...

 

தோலை உரித்து கனி தூர எரிந்து

வெறும் தோலைத் துணிந்தொருவன் தந்தான் அல்லவோ?!

மேலைப் பிடி அவலை வேணும் என்றே தெரிந்து

விரும்பி ஒருவன் அன்று தந்தான் அல்லவோ?!

காலமெல்லாம் தவம் இருந்து கனிந்து கனி

கடித்துச் சுவைத்து ஒருவள் தந்தாள் அல்லவோ?!

 

ஞாலம் ஆயிரம் சொன்னாலும் நாம் அதை நமக்கெதற்கு என்று தள்ளி

நாமமும் ஆயிரம் சொல்லிச் சொல்லி

ஐயன் கருணையைப் பாடு ...

This human birth is very rare and hence Sing the Divine Names of the Lord and believe in his grace alone.

 

Lord Krishna blessed Vidhura who gave him the peels of the fruit instead of fruit and blessed Kuchela who gave him the raw puffed rice. Lord Rama blessed Sabari who gave him the fruits after tasting them. So just Sing the Divine Names of the Lord and believe in his grace alone.

சில தெய்வீக வழிகளை பின் பற்றுபவர்களையும் அதைப்பற்றி பேசுபவர்களையும் பார்த்தும், அது சரியோ, என்று குழப்பம் அடையாமல், உண்மையான, சுலபமான, எல்லோராலும் பின்பற்றக்கூடிய, பகவானுக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்தமான, கீர்த்தனத்தையே பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.

 

Be steadfast in Chanting the Name of the Lord

 

If a Sadhak has been able to stick on to his path and is successful in continuing to perform his Sadhana with a steady mind over a long period of time, that is verily the greatest miracle.

 

Before clarity, there is bound to be confusion. Chanting the Maha Mantra incessantly with steadfast faith, patience and perseverance will help you achieve what you want.

 

Instead he accepted the situation he was placed and was steadfast in His devotion of Chanting the Divine Name.
