इत्यष्ट्शतकं नाम्नां त्रिकालं कल्मषापहम्

नातः परतरोपायः सर्ववेदेषु विध्यते

 

It is said in Brahmandapuranam that those who chant the Mahamantra 108 times in the morning, afternoon and evening are relieved of all sins, which is ascertained in Vedas. There is no other recourse.
