एकस्मिन्नप्यतिक्रान्ते मुहूर्ते ध्यानवर्जिते।

दस्युभिर्मुषितेनेव युक्तमाक्रन्दितुं भृशम्।।

If one Muhurta is allowed to pass by without meditation (upon Hari), one must weep loud as if he was robbed by thieves.
