A real Bhakta depends solely on the Lord for all his needs.

To many, these Siddhis come as a natural result of the Sadhana done. A real Bhakta depends solely on the Lord for all his needs.

Once, Jnaneswara, a Yogi and Namadeva, a Bhakta were travelling together in a desert-like region. They were both thirsty. After a long time they came across a well which was very deep and the water was at the bottom. Jnaneswara went into the well, by his yogic powers and standing on the waters drank to his heart's content. When he came up, he smiled at Namadeva triumphantly. Namadeva continued to chant the name of the Lord when suddenly the water in the well welled up and came up to the top. Namadeva was able to take the water in his palms and quench his thirst. He looked at Jnaneswara apologetically with a friendly smile.

What is the greatness of Bhakti? One who practices Yoga attains 'siddhis' , one who practices Vedanta enquiry attains 'siddhis', one who practices 'Karmanushtãnas' attains 'siddhis' but the one who is full of devotion does not attain any kind of 'siddhi'. Bhagavãn feels that one who is devoted to Him needs no 'siddhi'. That is because He is the protector ('Rakshaka').

For those men who worship Me alone, thinking of no other, for those ever-united, I secure what is not already possessed and preserve what they already possess.

To overcome Maya, the bhakta takes shelter under the Mahamantra

The Lord is attracted only to devotion

When one starts on the path of devotion, the very first step is chanting the name of the Lord.

The Divine Nectar of Bhakti is the very essence of all (Rasa). The Supreme Being has been described in the Taittiriya Upanishad as the 'Rasa' (essence) which is all bliss . When one starts on the path of devotion, the very first step is chanting the name of the Lord. After a little practice, one finds immense sweetness in taking the name of the Lord. When once this happens in the beginning itself; how sweeter should it be when Bhakti becomes mature. Bhakti is the sweetest music in this world.

Bhakti is deeply enjoyable; it is full of rasa

Bhakti is 'rasa roopa' (filled with deep, soft feelings). So, let the one who cannot do Bhakti leave for the forest to perform tapas. Bhagawan Yogiramsuratkumar says, "Chanting Ram Naam always is Bhakthi."

rāma nāma rasa pījai manuām, rāma nāma rasa pījai

That Dharma is indeed the supreme (Dharma) for the people by which devotion is developed towards Lord Maha Vishnu

That Dharma is indeed the supreme (Dharma) for the people by which devotion, which has no motives behind and is unobstructed is developed towards Lord Maha Vishnu and by which (devotion) the mind blooms with happiness.

Which is THE BEST DHARMA?

There is no other yoga, superior to Nama-kirtan. Kirtan is the ultimate way to attain the Supreme Being.

Of all religious practices, japa (repetition of divine name) is said to be the supreme practice

One can attain the highest goal only through dedicated endeavors of japa.

There is no knowledge or vow, meditation or acquisition which is equal to Divine Name

We should Chant and remember the Divine Name every breath we intake and we need not try to do anything else.

Having compassion of the Lord as the foundation, the one which has no rules, the one which can eradicate the force of Kali, Namakirtanam is the only resort. I think again and again about this with in Myself

Indeed there is one great virtue possessed by the Kali age,

Kalikaala Uchitam Dharmam Namasankirtanatmakam

Whatever may be the work we are engaged in this world, we should constantly keep doing Nama Japa

Nama Article 4th August 2013

Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji

Whatever may be the work we are engaged in this world, we should constantly keep doing Nama Japa (Silent repetition of Divine Name).  Each moment, that we forget the Lord, is useless.

Remembering the Hare Rama Maha mantra always is Punya (Virtue), Forgetting Hare Rama Maha Mantra is sin.

What is gain and loss ?

All rituals are corollaries of the these two basic rules – "Always remember Sri Krishna. Never forget him".

God's name on one's lips is itself salvation, disregard (of the name) know to be perdition.

If you cannot remember that God is everywhere, Just chant His Name, that will do everything

Chant the Mahamantra Nama kirtan :

Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare

Constant repetition of Ram Nam will still the waves of the mind, and thoughts, as they come, will dissolve by themselves.

Nama Article 3rd August 2013

Swami Papa Ramdas

Constant repetition of Ram Nam will still the waves of the mind, and thoughts, as they come, will dissolve by themselves. Finally, you will attain a state of consciousness which is unchanging and eternal. The Name stands for Atman. To be in tune with the Name is to merge in the Atmic consciousness. In the ultimate realisation, the mind ceases to exist, all thoughts disappear and you are filled with divine bliss and peace. This is the goal.

If there shall exist a path acceptable to all religions, then it is Chanting of the Lord's names.

Nama Article 2nd August 2013

Sri Sri Krishna Premi Swamigal

If there shall exist a path acceptable to all religions, then it is Chanting of the Lord's names. A traveler approaches a group of people and enquires the way to next village. If all in the group mention the very same path then the traveler shall have no reason to doubt the correctness of the path.

Likewise all religions, all religious heads accept Chanting of the Lord's names.

Srimad Bhagavatham adds that one should learn Bhagavatha Dharma (which is nothing but chanting of the Divine Name of God) from such a Guru by which Sri Hari is pleased

Preamble of Namadwaar, Nama Dwaar - Purpose and Plan

God is for all. Each and everyone have the right to attain God. Bhagavan Nama japa is the universal way

His simplicity and purity have inspired many young people to follow the path of dharma

Universal brotherhood will become reality only if we all understand that we are all Children of the same Paramathma – Almighty

The one who calls all the people in this Kali Yuga and gives the 'upadesa', "Utter the Name of the Lord. You can attain God!" Only such a one is a Sadguru.

Universal brotherhood and peace can be acheived by Chanting the Divine Name of God

The one who chants the Divine Names of the Lord is above all religions and castes.

IN THIS KALI YUGA THE DIVINE NAME OF THE LORD IS VERILY THE RIGHT, EASIEST AND SURE WAY FOR ALL.

He preached the universal brotherhood of man and the fatherhood of God to all people.

Real tolerance, real national integration and compassion can come about only through such Mahans who have attained Oneness with God.
